Initial Comments:
An onsite follow-up survey conducted on October 25, 2021, found that Cottman Kidney Center had corrected the following deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 494.62, Subpart B, Conditions for Coverage of Suppliers of End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Services-Emergency Preparedness. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey that was completed on September 23, 2021.

The deficiencies were cited as the result of a Medicare Recertification survey completed on September 23, 2021. One (1) condition level and four (4) standard level deficiencies were corrected.
